These Terms govern the website and professional services provided by DANE RESTAURANT CONSULTING LLC.
Services
We provide restaurant consulting, food-service research, market research, consumer research, public opinion polling, operational analysis, and related professional services.
Project Scope
The exact scope, deliverables, schedules, fees, and responsibilities for an engagement may be defined in a proposal, invoice, statement of work, order form, or separate written agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, required materials, and appropriate access reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services.
Fees and Payment
Fees and payment schedules are established in the applicable project documentation. Clients are responsible for authorized charges according to those terms.
Project Expenses
Where disclosed and authorized, clients may be responsible for approved project-specific expenses such as travel, data, research platforms, software, professional vendors, or other third-party costs.
Research Limitations
Research, polling, forecasts, recommendations, and market analysis involve professional judgment and may rely on information available at a particular time. We do not guarantee specific revenue, profitability, market share, customer response, or other commercial outcomes.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, DANE RESTAURANT CONSULTING LLC retains ownership of its pre-existing methodologies, systems, templates, research processes, know-how, and proprietary materials. Rights in client-specific deliverables are governed by the applicable agreement.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any project-specific written agreement.
Governing Law
Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, these Terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Florida.
